Leadership/Management Development

We are committed to leadership/management development and have created an innovative approach to shaping leaders and managers within the social sectors and business worlds. Our Integrated Relational Systems Approach™ [IRSA] to organizational transformation is an innovative and highly effective method designed to strengthen leadership and create a thriving organizational culture.
 

Education/Training

We currently provide classroom training in leadership and management at Fuller Seminary and the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University Drucker School. In 2012 we hope to offer a series of workshops and seminars on Leadership is an Art, Leadership Jazz, Mentoring and Board Development.
