The concept of Servant Leadership is God inspired and was perfectly modeled in the ministry of Jesus Christ. I love Max's concept of space and constraint, and his body of work emulates a key goal (helping others to find their voice) of servant hood in business while still maintaining a strong focus on the primary function of business - to make money. Kudos to Walt and Janis in their cutting edge efforts in bringing the eternal principles reflected in De Pree's Value System to practical application for today's economic challenges.

thanks for your thoughts on behavoir and does it back up ones values. Sure it does. but there are fakes who can hide this and actors who can act along. But like Ronald reagan said, You can run but you can never hide...one day it will show.

Thank you, George: the Regent College connection is rather strong, isn't it! Never fear about Hamilton: it remains, and will remain, vivid in our hearts. And look at this:http://www.theatlanticcities.com/design/2012/01/can-north-americas-best-smart-growth-plan-really-work/1060/ !
