Biography
Jason D. Guinasso, Esq., is a Senior Equity Partner at Greenman Goldberg Raby Martinez in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada, where he leads the firm’s Personal Injury and Trial Practice Department. Jason has practiced civil litigation in Nevada for over twenty-three years while providing more than 15,000 hours of pro bono legal service to the body of Christ in all of her forms and functions: churches, ministries, religious nonprofits, missions, and outreaches, including representation to survivors of sex trafficking. He has served in church leadership and pastoral ministry in various capacities for thirty years, including on the teaching team at Outlook Christian Church in Reno.
Jason is a regular contributor for The Nevada Independent and This Is Reno, and publishes a Substack newsletter called His Living Letters. He is currently writing a book called Lawyering by Faith, which explores what it means to practice law as a calling shaped by the gospel. He also serves as Board Chair of Pilgrim Radio.
Jason graduated cum laude from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Master of Arts in Leadership, Theology, and Society from Regent College in Vancouver, BC. He and his wife, Kim, have been married for over thirty-one years and have two adult children.
