Biography
Jeanette (JT) has 25 years of leadership and coaching experience in the context of pastoral ministry, community development, fundraising, and global microenterprise. She’s a gifted listener and project manager, whose contributions uniquely shine in pioneering work and inside the fray of complex systems and organizations.
Jeanette has a strong background in cross-cultural partnerships and has mobilized individuals and groups of diverse stakeholders to tackle dozens of community-led projects, resulting in stronger leadership and healthier neighborhoods. In 2016, JT launched first-time fundraising efforts for HOPE International in a four-state region, growing their support base from $15k annual to $1.4m in a five year period of time. In 2020, JT founded Storyboard Coaching, a leadership & strategy firm equipping people to lead themselves and others through hard change.
Education Description
Jeanette’s educational background includes a Master of Divinity from Trinity International University and BA in Psychology, with a business minor from Pittsburg State University. She holds a number of other credentials, including a Brain Based Certification from the Neuroleadership Institute and Facilitating Restorative Justice from the Center for Conflict Resolution. Working alongside the team at Adaptive Change Advisors, she also trains others in adaptive leadership – a powerful framework for leading change in times of transition, conflict, and possibility.
