Biography
Steve Norris is the principal of Norris Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm in Pasadena, California. The firm provides specialized valuation and advisory services and has been involved in several highly complex and unusual valuation assignments throughout the country.
Steve is a Counselor of Real Estate, which is a select international membership organization of approximately 1,000 top real estate leaders who provide intelligent, unbiased, and trusted real estate advice on real estate investment issues. He is an ongoing member of the Standards Setting Committee of the International Ethics Standards Coalition (IESC) relating to the real estate profession. The IES Coalition gathered for its first meeting at the United Nations in New York in October 2014 and has since developed a set of international ethical standards for real estate practitioners.
Most importantly, Steve has been a husband for 35+ years to his wife Nancy, a dad to his two thirty-something daughters, one who is a charter school administrator for elementary special needs in Los Angeles, and another who is a nurse practitioner in Seattle. He and Nancy have been involved in leadership in the church in various roles for many years and really love being grandparents to a toddler who is completely full of life! Steve is passionate about connecting the seemingly separate worlds of faith and work and is entirely excited about the good work of the DePree Center.
