Pastor…Don’t Drop Out Of The Race Just Yet.

These past two years have been grueling on you.

Empty buildings, online meetings, frequent hospital visits and too many funerals, fluctuating giving and numbers, revolving doors, a changing of the guard… you didn’t expect pastoral ministry to be this. And you’re tired. Weary. Stuck.

The Road Ahead for Senior / Lead Pastors cohort is a six-week group experience that helps you get unstuck and discern next steps on your road ahead. Rooted in research and developed over time, our process is designed to give you space to self-reflect, recharge, and explore new possibilities as you consider what and whom God is calling you to in your work.

Thanks to a grant from Made to Flourish, we are able to offer this cohort to you at significant discount. Their commitment to helping pastors flourish – especially in such times – has made this resource possible and affordable.

Pricing & Scholarship Information

Road Ahead is a paid program, with the option to add on individual coaching sessions that help you activate all that comes up in the group experience.

  • Road Ahead Regular Price:
    $500/Participant
    (Made to Flourish grant will discount the above price by 50% at checkout)
    This includes: 1) six group sessions, each two hours in length, 2) a welcome package that includes a workbook and tools for your cohort, and 3) an assessment test to supplement your self-reflection (such as Enneagram or CliftonStrengths).
  • Specialized Coaching Add-On:
    $300 for three 50-minute sessions*
    Coaching helps you activate all that comes up in the group experience. Our coaches specialize in the Enneagram, CliftonStrengths, vocational discernment, and spiritual direction. We’ll customize our coaching to whatever best meets your needs! *You start with three 50-minute coaching sessions, and can always add on more if desired.

Thanks to a generous donor, partial scholarships are available for coaching. Please indicate your interest in the specialized coaching add-on and request for scholarship on your registration or email us directly at connect@depree.org.

Ready to Register?

Step 1: Register

You can register by filling out the registration form. Registration takes about 3-5 minutes.

Step 2: Pay

Once you register, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions. If you are requesting a scholarship, the email will have more information on how to do so and you will pay later.

Step 3: Confirm

You’ll receive an email in a week or two confirming your participation in a cohort. If we have questions about your registration, we’ll get in touch with you immediately.

What Happens Next?

De Pree Center staff will confirm your participation via email in the cohort in 7-10 business days.
If we are unable to place you in a cohort during the time period you prefer, you’ll be placed on the waiting list for a future cohort.
