Session 1
Throughout the Flourishing in the Third Third of Life Cohort you’ll be doing a nightly exercise. This exercise, called Three Good Things Plus, is based on work of Dr. Martin Seligman, a professor of psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. He introduces his Three Good Things exercise in his book, Flourish. You can watch a short video of Seligman talking about Three Good Things here.
