Erica Rader

Biography

Erica Rader leads Fuller Bay Area in Menlo Park, a regional campus of Fuller Seminary which offers evening and Saturday courses for students who are working in a variety of vocations.
Erica is a Bay Area native, seeking to help others find their rootedness in the midst of a region full of innovation and change. Her passion is to help people explore and use their God-given gifts for thriving in every sector through whole-life discipleship. Her first career was in corporate treasury for large global corporations in the Bay Area. She earned a BSC in Finance from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Subsequently, she experienced a calling to seminary and she earned a Master of Divinity at Fuller Bay Area while serving on staff at Menlo Church. After completing her studies and after a season of serving as a pastor in Chicago, she returned to the Bay Area and Fuller.
