Biography

Ramona Wright is a TEDx speaker and social entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in strategic communication and she taught public relations and social media marketing at her alma mater Loyola Marymount University.

She’s worked in the corporate, non-profit and tech sectors and is the fund manager for a STEAM apprenticeships initiative benefiting underrepresented multi-cultural youth. Her past professional experience includes work with Oxfam America, Reebok, Georgetown University, Film Independent, Qatar Foundation International and the West African country Sierra Leone.

Currently, Ramona empowers others as an integrative wellness life coach, host of The Chair podcast on iTunes and Google Play, and executive director of The Center of Leadership, Love & Relationships (LLR Center). Also, she is the CEO and co-founder of WeUp, a goal achievement app.

Many can relate to Ramona because she was bullied as a kid, moved through unexpected professional changes, and has overcome personal challenges and hardships including homelessness and dysfunctional relationships.
