Biography
Tom is a Reformed Church in America minister, who spent 18 years serving three different congregations. He taught a variety of courses related to Christian spirituality, including spiritual theology, discipleship, reading Scripture, and worship at Kuyper College (Grand Rapids) and Wheaton College, where he retired from in 2019. He is a trained spiritual director and has companioned others in their spiritual pilgrimages for over 35 years. He is passionate about assisting Protestants in recovering a contemplative spirituality and is a member of the Royal Historical Society of England.
