What do you long for?
The longings we feel are deeply personal and profoundly human—shaping our inner lives, which in turn shape the way we work and lead those entrusted to our care. In our daily work and in the places we lead—whether in organizations, communities, or homes—we all long for purpose in what we do and a hope for something better.
Advent serves as the season best fit to hold our longings, inviting us into a space where we can reflect on what God has done, is doing, and will do through the person of Jesus and in our life, work, and leadership. And it’s in this space that we learn to long for the goodness and hope that Advent points to. We learn to long for Christ himself.
Longing for Advent invites you to press into your deepest longings as you engage with daily devotions, essays, and spiritual practices.
