Cultivating Joy Research Project
About the Study
We’re conducting a research study to understand Christian executives’ experiences of joy at work. We’re looking for participants who are C-suite leaders, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Managing Partners, Superintendents, and Executive Directors in both business and nonprofit sectors. Dr. Meryl Herr and Dr. Suzie Sang will be leading this research study. Following our research to resources model, we will use what we learn in this study to create resources to help marketplace leaders cultivate and practice joy in their work.
